Do you ship out of US?
No. we only deal with sales, not shipping unfortunately.
Do you take credit card?
No sorry, only wire transfer or cashier check!
What is the policy to return products?
All items purchased cannot be returned, in special cases returns will apply 20 % for stocking fee.
Is there any warranty for the products purchased?
All warranty has to go through Sony , Nintendo or Microsoft directly.
Do you have special packing and handling?
Yes, we can consolidate your shipments and repack according to customer’s need.
Is there any minimum order?
No minimum order, but price range could be different from purchasing few units to wholesale price.
Do you open on Saturdays?
No we don’t work Saturdays , only Monday to Friday from 9: 30 AM to 5:30 PM.
